The DCA has drawn up a fundamental guideline to secure a high standard of quality when HDD-Projects are performed. The 4th edition of the Technical Guidelines aims to update the 3rd edition on the one hand and, on the other, to integrate other publications from the last years into the 4th edition, especially on the topic of quality assurance.
