The Drilling Contractors Association DCA is holding its 25th annual congress this year. From 06th to 08 October 2021, members, partners and friends of the DCA will meet at the hotel Maritim in Königswinter for interesting technical presentations and to exchange experiences. The event is sponsored by the two long-standing DCA members Herrenknecht AG from Schwanau and Tracto-Technik from Lennestadt.
The event is fully booked up. Interested persons can be placed on a waiting list.
The motto of the 25th annual congress is: “From Pipe to Cable”.
The congress will open on Thursday with a highly interesting lecture by Prof. Dr. Armin Nassehi from the Institute of Sociology at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich on the topic “Shaping the future – paradoxes of decision-making”.
In addition to other interesting lectures, two workshops will take place on Thursday on the topics “Subsoil parameters” and “Mud and cuttings, disposal and recycling”. For both workshops, there will be a German-speaking and an English-speaking group.
On Friday, as is tradition, presentations on HDD projects will again be presented. As every year, an interesting supporting and accompanying program is also planned.
The event is planned as an attendance event. The prerequisite for participation is a complete Corona vaccination, recovery or a 48-hour valid Corona test (according to the Corona Protection Ordinance NRW).
