Schedule for the Members’ Meeting 2026
Below you will find further information on some of the important items on the agenda:
A speech by Mr. Mathias Drücker from Tennet TSO GmbH, Berlin, on the topic of “NEP 2026, the current discussion about cable vs. overhead lines in Germany” is planned in the area of training and further education. This will take place online. Mr. Drücker „Political Affairs Advisor” of the Tennet TSO GmbH located in Berlin, will talk about the role of the Network Development Plan (NEP) in determining future optimization, reinforcement, and expansion measures in the German extra-high voltage grid. He will discuss the current role of transmission system operators and, in particular, the status of discussions between underground cables and overhead lines.
At the members’ meeting in February 2026, an election will be held for another member of the board.
The following member will stand for election in February 2026 at the suggestion of the board:

Further proposals for the member of the board position can be made at the members’ meeting.
An amendment to the statutes in §2 Target (8) is planned as part of the members’ meeting. This will be explained at the members’ meeting.
