Dear members of the DCA,
we would like to officially invite you to the annual Members’ Meeting of the Drilling Contractors Association (DCA) on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 in Wardenburg near Oldenburg. Following the meeting, the DCA invites all participants to a joint dinner.
Participation in the event is limited to a maximum of three employees from each member company.
As announced the event will be held as a hybrid event.
You will receive the access data for digital access via the Teams internet platform one week before the event by member information.

Below you will find further information on three important items on the agenda:
In light of recent events, a presentation by Mr Mathias Drücker from Tennet TSO GmbH, Berlin, on the topic of ‘NEP 2026, the current discussion about cable vs. overhead lines in Germany’ is planned as part of the members’ meeting. This will take place online.
Mr. Drücker „Political Affairs Advisor” of the Tennet TSO GmbH located in Berlin, will talk about the role of the Network Development Plan (NEP) in determining future optimization, reinforcement, and expansion measures in the German extra-high voltage grid. He will discuss the current role of transmission system operators and, in particular, the status of discussions between underground cables and overhead lines.
At its last meeting in November 2025, the board decided to expand the board by one additional member according to §6 of the statutes. The board proposes the managing director of Beermann Bohrtechnik GmbH, Mr Timo Mücke, for this position.
Further proposals for the member of the board position can be made at the members’ meeting.
An amendment to the statutes in §2 Target (8) is planned as part of the members’ meeting. This will be explained at the members’ meeting.
The following amendment to the statutes is to be adopted:
§2 Target
(8) Creation and maintaining of the institutes for change of the target of association
A profitable business of the association is out of the question (Passage deleted)
Economic business operations are permissible provided that they serve the realisation of the target of the association (Passage to be added)

We would like to take this opportunity to point out that each member company has one vote in the elections at the meeting. For companies that participate with several representatives, we ask you to vote in advance on who should exercise the right to vote. This is independent of whether participation takes place on site or hybrid.
Voting right transfers are possible, but must be submitted in writing in good time (transfer for a maximum of 3 votes). In this case, please complete and sign the enclosed power of attorney and send it to the office and the authorized member by Friday 23.01.2026 at the latest (please send by email).
