Last Thursday, the 7th DCA Members’ Forum took place once again in Aachen, attracting over 80 participants from 8 countries to the Novotel in Aachen. The forum focussed on the comparison of the systems ‘Mud motor versus double rod system’.
The DCA traditionally invited its members to a get-together at the Elisengarten restaurant the evening before. The extremely good atmosphere in the heart of the time-honoured imperial city was used by many for intensive networking.
DCA Vice President Marco Reinhard, who was in charge of organising the forum, and the board members Jörg Himmerich and Marc Schnau led the two German-speaking groups the following day, while DCA President Jorn Stoelinga was in charge of the English-speaking group. The board members were supported in organising the forum by DCA members from a wide range of areas, so that, as in previous years, a lively discussion was able to develop during the event. The board would like to thank the members for their professional support and the participants for their many contributions to the discussion!
In conclusion, it can be summarised that the forum has now become an integral part of DCA events. This format gives members the opportunity to exchange expertise within the industry, which is so important for the further development of technology.
